科研项目
主要从事生物物理化学和界面物理化学方面的研究工作。以极端环境多孔介质中微生物活动为背景,研究微生物的生物物理化学过程与界面反应机制,包括分子水平微生物群落结构与功能、微生物的传输过程与界面行为、以及生物分子及其聚集体的结构与性质。发展和建立生物物理化学的先进实验方法和理论体系,为微生物及其功能基因的资源化利用和生物活性物质的开发技术提供科学基础。
重点拓延领域:微生物脂肽和微生物采油技术。

负责国家863计划重点项目、国家自然科学基项目、国际合作研究项目等科研项目。发表论文80余篇,申请中国发明专利15项(其中授权发明专利5项、国际PCT专利3项,发表SCI和EI收录论文40余篇)。曾获上海市科技进步一等奖 (2008)、山东省科技进步三等奖 (2003) 和山东省高校优秀科研成果二等奖 (2002) 等科研成果奖。教育及成果
教学方面,主讲本科生《物理化学》课程和研究生《生物物理化学》课程。承担国家级双语教学示范课程“《物理化学》双语教学示范课程” 和教育部 “工科化学系列课程双语教学体系的研究与建设”等教学研究项目。
荣誉记录
曾获宝钢优秀教师奖、国家教学成果二等奖 (2005)、上海市教学成果一等奖 (2005) 和华东理工大学教学成果一等奖(2008) 等教学成果奖。由华东理工大学应用化学研究所所长牟伯中领衔完成的“油藏保护性可持续开发的微生物采油调控技术及工业化应用”项目,荣获2010年度国家科技进步奖二等奖。主要论文
